Reading ADIS16480 Accelerometer Data with the Arudino Uno

Earlier  i am giving supply(3.3V)  to ADIS16480 through arudino. but when i provide external power to ADIS16480 , making both Arudino and ADIS16480 GROUND common and bit modification in code i am successful in reading DEVICE_ID.

here i am attaching snapshot of my screen reading DEVICE_ID.

But when i tried to read accelerometer , i am getting following output.

please tell me whether i am getting correct reading or i need to do some correction in code.

here i am attaching my code for reading accelerometer .please take out some time to go through the code and suggest if any changes is required.
