ADXL375 saturation at 25G, and DATA format register seems like stucked

Hi, I got some problem while using ADXL 375.

It doesn't give me 200G how hard I trys....And as the graph, it saturates at 25G.

I changed 0x31 Register, but it didn't work.

Any suggestions?
